Hello Campers and Families, 

Please join us for Central Virginia Burn Camp 2010! 

Camp this summer is from June 13^th-June 19^th .   That is a Sunday afternoon through a Saturday morning !!. This summer is our 17^th year and as always, we promise to make camp really special with many fun adventures.   

This year’s theme is The Circus. There will be lots of different activities to choose from as well as an off grounds day trip.  Of course, we’ll have your favorite activities like team building, horseback riding, swimming, sports, crafts, canoes, campfires, the camp dance, entertainment, and the variety show!

  We will send a letter of confirmation and directions as soon as we get your application back.

·        Please send back your completed application NO LATER THAN  MAY 7^th. 

·        We need an updated Physician’s Report form every 2 years, so if we received a current form last year and there have been no medical changes, you’re set for this year and the form has not been included.

·        If you are a new camper, or did not submit a new medical form last year, please have a doctor fill one out.

 If you have any questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to call.  And as always, please tell any other kids who have had burn injuries about camp and to contact us. We always welcome new campers! 

 It is important that we have these items:

1)     Agreement and Release

2)     Photo Release

3)     Doctor’s Physical (with immunizations listed) – if included in your packet

4)     Camper Application with Health History
